We offer FREE returns on all orders!

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic orders for items placed on acrabros.com. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Receive a damaged item? Please reach out to our Customer Support team at info@ucmgroupusa.com and they will help resolve the issue.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 48 hours. Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.

This is the first time there was a long wait to have my order shipped, I ordered them
10/30 and the order did not ship until 11/11. I called to find out what was up only received a message machine with no call back, I also emailed the site twice with no message back. When the order came one box was open and crushed with slits cut into the bags of mealworms, I was able to tape one bag with minimal loss of product but one bag had a large slit with 1/4 of the product wasted on the ground. I have been dealing with this company for years so was surprised with the problem. The delivery boxes need to be heavier and taped better. I hope my next order is better boxed.
