Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic orders for items placed on acrabros.com. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Receive a damaged item? Please reach out to our Customer Support team at info@ucmgroupusa.com and they will help resolve the issue.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 48 hours. Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.

Horrible experience

We have been ordering from this company for couple years now. This past time took 6 weeks to receive the product with 1 email saying it’s in its way with the incorrect tracking number. I made many 15-20 times to contact them through email and the number the company supplies. This last order put a very sour taste and I will no longer be getting my dried mealworms from this company. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I was not told when ordering these that they were back ordered. After several weeks of not receiving the mealworms and inquiring via email I was told they were back ordered. This is something I should’ve been told in the very beginning when I ordered them so I could’ve chosen to buy them someplace else.Needless to say I will not be ordering through you anymore.

A delay in shipment is understandable, but the delay in responding to my emails and not responding to my phone messages is not. I was very disappointed with the customer service experience regarding my recent order. My past experience with my previous orders were very pleasant. My last order took a month to receive after placement and order confirmation.
